A simple tomato soup that stays hot for long. Perfect for winter.
Ingredients
- 750ml chicken bullion
- 2 onions, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 4 cans of whole tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons of basil leaves, chopped
- salt and pepper
Steps
- Boil the bullion.
- Saute the onion and add it to the bullion.
- Add garlic to the bullion.
- Boil for 5 minutes.
- Add tomatoes and basic (including the liquid from the can).
- Boil for 5 minutes.
- Blend it.
- Add salt and pepper.
- SERVE HOT
